Returns & Shipping Policy

At Careful Heart Co, our priority is the care and wellbeing of our customers and clients. Processing Time

Please allow 3–10 business days from the order date to receive your order. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days; however, during peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received and processed.

Custom Orders

Custom items are made to order and require 7–14 business days for processing.
Please trust that your order is a priority to us. It is handled with quality care and will be on its way soon.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and typically arrive within 2–7 business days from the shipment date, unless other arrangements are made directly with the customer. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been fulfilled.

Please note: Shipping times may increase during USPS Peak/Holiday Seasons.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Before completing your order, please verify that all shipping information is correct. Careful Heart Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information entered at checkout. Please double-check all order and address details prior to finalizing your purchase.

Damaged Packages

Careful Heart Co takes great care to protect your items during packaging. Once your order has been transferred to the postal carrier, it is in their possession. Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen while in the possession of the postal carrier, please report it immediately. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the tracking information provided in the shipment confirmation email. Careful Heart Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We want you to love and enjoy your items! Because Careful Heart Co provides hygiene, self-care, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sanitary and safety reasons.
