Self Care University offers Self-Care Coaching, not therapy. While Self-Care Coaching is focused on setting goals and providing actionable strategies for achieving balance and personal growth, psychotherapy is a separate service available for those who need deeper mental health support. Psychotherapy involves the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, focusing on healing and long-term emotional well-being.
